Finnish Groups who are pulling together their culinary talents! To enjoy around the table or to take away.

- Finnish Rosolli salad
- Danish tunafish mousse
- Ticino minestrone
Main courses
- Norwegian Gravlax salmon wih cucumber salad and ryebread
- Finnish meatballs with potato salad and loganberry jam
- Swiss quiches and salad
