This time, leathercraft classes took place, attended by 7 people from several nearby towns, including Spała, Inowłódz, Poświętne, Liciąnż, and one lady from Tomaszów Mazowiecki. The classes were led by Mrs. Randia Filutkowska-Pastusiak. The ladies were instructed from the beginning on how to make a keychain, an eyeglass case, and even handmade bags. The outcome of this meeting was keychains made by the participants themselves.

After the leathercraft session, a ’bowl and gong concert’ session (purchased through the project) took place, during which the participants relaxed after the workshops.

After the meeting, Ms. Randia showed all the materials purchased by the Foundation for the Babiniec project. The funds were fully spent, and their status matched the planned purchase list upon inspection. As after each meeting, information about the workshops, including who financed the project, appeared on social media. Generally, she also wanted information about the entire Babiniec project to appear in the local press – also highlighting the sources of funding for its implementation.

I believe that the ’Babiniec’ project is functioning excellently. It is also good that it has been publicised that it was financed with Femmes d’Europe funds.
