You treated us to a truly exceptional experience of hospitality and an authentic culinary journey. Capturing the season just before the autumn colours sweep in, you styled the venue in shades of green, evoking an al fresco feel. The artistry of the tables adorned with natural ivy branches beautifully accented the delicate white orchids. Together with the masterfully folded deep-green napkins and a display of handmade creations at the back of the hall, they brought an air of style and elegance to the entire venue, perfectly complementing our lunching experience.

As for the menu, everything was fantastic ! My personal choices left me thoroughly delighted, and I would like to extend my special compliments for the Finnish cabbage rolls with meat and rice as I know that preparing stuffed cabbage rolls requires lots of time and effort, with yours being simply exquisite. The crisp, chilled white wine and, of course, the heavenly chocolate cake - moist, flavourful and perfectly sweet - were the highlights of my day !

A refined sensory note was added to the atmosphere by the details on the tables, such as the carafes of fresh rosemary and mint-infused water. All the ladies at our table were equally impressed by the Finn Crisps with cold-smoked salmon spread, the savory Funnel chanterelle pastry, and the Gravlax with cucumber salad and bread, while the Estonian schnapps and Icelandic aquavit was the cherry on top. The turnout was remarkable, and I am certain that all the guests praised the wonderful delicacies of the menu, prepared with care, devotion, and the same enthusiasm. You gave us a magical journey through the flavours of the North !

A big Thank You and Congratulations to the Danish, EFTA and Finnish Groups for the authentic traditional tastes they prepared for us !

Lastly, one of the highlights is knowing that this wonderful gathering was held for a great cause, as all profits will be dedicated to the Association’s humanitarian projects.
